HUMAN CONTROL

Autonomy with
a place to pause.

An agent can prepare the work. Your rules decide what happens next. Design clear permissions, review checkpoints, and paths for exceptions.

AN EXAMPLE PERMISSION MODEL

READ

Use approved information

Read the records and documents needed for the workflow, within the agreed access scope.

Scoped access
PREPARE

Make the next step reviewable

Draft a reply, extract an invoice, or summarize a lead without triggering the final external action.

Draft only
ACT

Apply the workflow’s approval rule

Require an authorized person where the agreed policy calls for one. Limit actions to approved tools and purposes.

Approval checkpoint
PAUSE

Escalate rather than guess

Route uncertainty, conflicting evidence, or out-of-scope requests to the responsible person.

Human review

DESIGN QUESTIONS, NOT BLANKET PROMISES

Define the boundaries
before the connection.

Who can access what?

Identify approved data sources, roles, and tool permissions for each workflow.

Who approves the action?

Assign an owner for checkpoints and define what happens if review is delayed or rejected.

What does the log record?

Agree on useful events, decision history, access to logs, and retention requirements.

When should the run stop?

Define failure conditions, retry behavior, and escalation paths for uncertain or invalid inputs.

Where should data live?

Choose hosting and handling around the actual information involved and the business’s requirements.

How do we verify behavior?

Test representative cases and review the results before approving the workflow for its intended use.

EXPERIENCE THE CHECKPOINT

Try making
the decision yourself.

Workflow Lab lets you approve a sample action or return it for review. Each decision updates the local activity history, so you can see what happened.

LET’S MAP YOUR FIRST WORKFLOW

Start with the busywork.

Tell us which workflow you want to improve. We’ll receive your inquiry and use your details to follow up about it. Please leave confidential data out of this first message.

PRIVACY

Your inquiry. Handled with care.

When you submit an inquiry, we store your name, company, email, optional phone, workflow description, source page, consent, and submission time in our hosted lead records. New inquiries are copied to our restricted Google Sheets lead tracker. We use this information to respond to your inquiry.

The workflow examples use synthetic information. LinkedIn links open an external service governed by its own privacy policy. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site.

You can contact admin@mydcentral.ai to request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry. If you contact us by email or LinkedIn, those services also handle your message under their own policies. Please leave credentials and confidential business data out of your initial inquiry. To limit spam, the hosting may process technical request details; our form uses a short-lived hash for request throttling and does not store your raw IP in the lead tracker.
